Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product from Hamdi Designs, you receive a license to use it under the terms below.

What you can do

You may:

  • Use the template for unlimited personal projects.
  • Use the template for unlimited client projects.
  • Fully customize the template, including its text, colors, typography, layouts, images, and other design elements.
  • Create finished work, exported files, presentations, brand guidelines, and other deliverables using the template.
  • Deliver those finished files to your clients.
  • Deliver customized editable project files to the specific client the project was created for, so they can continue using and maintaining their own brand materials.

What you cannot do

You may not:

  • Resell the original template.
  • Redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original template files.
  • Upload the original template to another marketplace, website, file-sharing service, template library, or similar platform.
  • Sell or distribute a modified version of the template as another template, digital product, or downloadable resource.
  • Share the reusable source template with other designers, team members, businesses, or third parties for their own projects.

One purchase, one user

Each purchase covers one individual user.

You can use the product for as many personal and client projects as you want, but another person who wants to use the original template independently should purchase their own license.

Client projects

You are allowed to use the template as part of paid client work.

For example, you can customize a brand guidelines template for a client and give them the finished PDF as well as the customized editable Illustrator or InDesign files.

The client may use those customized files for their own brand or business.

They may not use the files as a reusable template for unrelated projects, redistribute the original template, or resell it as a digital product.

Ownership

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it. Ownership and copyright of the original template remain with Hamdi Designs.

Your own work, client content, branding, photography, copy, and other material you add to the template remain yours or your client’s.
